Sharon is experienced, caring, and high energy. Any property left to her would see great attention from a real professional. I have bought and also rented out a property a couple of times with her help in San Diego. The experience and outcome have been consistently positive. Update: in 2026, she helped us rent out our apartment in San Diego in less than 5 days. Her competence and commitment are exemplary.

One of the worst realtors I have ever had to work with. AVOID at all cost. Sharon missed so many issues during close and lost us the opportunity to negotiate since we felt pressured to find my father a place to live. She tried to increase her percentage in a disclosure and, when caught, she simply said she would "adjust it." Overall, I felt she was a poor negotiator and had very little guidance on several issues. The only reason I went with her was because she was tied to an estate sale company which we decided to use. We are still dealing with issues that should have been addressed prior to close. When I went to her broker to inform him of her negligence, he simply blocked my email. Will be reporting to the DRE.

So far, I have only done the preliminary work, or exploring my options. Sharons seems to be honest, and diligent in doing her work for a client who has not yet obligated himself to officially employ her services. That to me looks definitely above average!! At this point, I don't have all the results from her work, and therefore I don't know where all this will go.
